Step 2: You relax and I get to work

I get busy, inspired by your preferences, and fueled by the latest trends and styles. I’m constantly seeking new

ideas, researching to stay ahead of the curve—so I can create custom design solutions just for you. My thorough process will uncover creative gems aligned with your vision to create spaces that are a perfect fit for your lifestyle.

Step 3: No more guesswork, only functional design

Using cutting-edge 3D technology, I apply proper measurements and configurations to ensure realistic renderings that look amazing and make sense. Together we’ll make sure I have everything I need to design accurate representations of the spaces we’ll be configuring.

Step 4: Walk through your home before it’s built

The 3D virtual plans I create will allow you to do a virtual walkthrough of your new home or remodel at any phase of the design and build process. With your input and my creativity, we’ll move things around and modify the design as needed, so you get final plans that actually work to create the home you’ll love.

Step 5: Decorate and furnish your home while you wait

My work will produce finalized renderings, a floor plan, and elevation views (if needed) for your draftsman and contractor to make your dream home a reality. While the builders do their part, you’ll be able to use your 3D plans to pick out furniture and decorate your home while you wait!
